I interviewed at Thoughtworks for a Senior Con position Java Full Stack, but didn’t clear the last round 3 months back. They were considering me for a Consultant role but said you should interview again after 6 months and leave Con role and interview for a senior position after the cool off period. Was that a good decision? They were offering 17-18 for Con role.

Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

Thoughtworks was a decent org back then but now its hell. Short term projects, every 3-4 mons you need to give client interview. Avoid if there are other options
This is what you can expect from Thoughtworks now. They are no more high paying due to market conditions. Still a decent org if you have other service org offers, consider Thoughtworks. For con, 17-18L is above average package, if sr con for your experience, can check for 25 L and there is no variable pay here
