I interviewed for EY GDS and Deloitte USI

Both got selected and Deloitte proposing an offer of 35lpa.
Current salary 30 lpa.
Location flexible.

Is Deloitte USI a good place to work ?

Whats the appraisal cycle? And what kind of Hike/bonus can be expected on an annual basis?

Is the salary alright as per experience?

My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).
Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).
