Anyone still in this bowl? Been 9 months since the last post! I’ll start- how are your firms’ O&G practices performing? Big 4 here... we have a pretty heavy bench.

I have got 6 years of experience and I have done MBA in finance. My last company was a Big 4. They are ready to pay me 9L and I require a 100% increment. will they give me 12 L? Should I accept 9 L?

Need serious advice. Been a Digital Strategy consultant for three years, heavy focus on product strategy, research, development. It’s a small but global consultancy (offices in nyc, brasil, colombia). Last whole year been acting as a technical lead on strategy for a team of 40+ consultants across different industries and even sold new projects including new clients considered unicorns. Can I go to MBB as a consultant and/or project lead? My salary is way below average big 4/MBB… don’t have MBA.

Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. Have 9+ years of big four experience. Worried that I can get stuck in fund admin. But I have interviewed at several big name pe shops and make a few rounds on interviews but then get the same feedback that they are worried about my lack of operational experience.

what is the pay range for role - manager 1 assurance at pwc sdc kolkata?i have 6.5 yoe and joined at 21lpa + 10% vp, four months back. managers from other big 4 start around 28lpa. does sdc kolkata pay m1 this much only or have they underpaid me? i am considering dropping paper and looking out again.

So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

My manager have asked me to work in new project but onboarding is not yet done .
So i have informed the manager of the new project that i am serving notice period when he is asked me whether i can work in automation alone .
But after 2 days i got call from my manager and he saying that he has to release me as he cannot keep me on bench.

I'm not able to enjoy notice period also, anxious + constant fear of offer rejection.
