Salaries have really been spiking. I am curious what the salary for a Principal/ Junior Partners would be in a mid-sized accounting firm now. In January I was approached for $200K for a senior manager role. Now a head hunter has approached me with $225K.

Regarding the WSJ article.. Can anyone in PE explain why any pension fund would be interested in buying single family homes? Extremely illiquid, historically follows inflation.... Do they think Texas will go the way of CA? Ie/ zoning and artificial cost inflation due to supply constraints by the govt? Deloitte 🐠, can an applicant use a referral from the same person more than once? Had a friend refer me for a role and the recruiter said I was a great fit but they already had candidates in the interview stage. Appropriate to use the same referral for a similar role or wait it out for a while?
