1. How many days is the official bench period before the company initiates the "Show Cause" or exit process? I’ve heard 35 days is that strictly enforced across all BUs?

2. At what point does HR typically start the termination or voluntary resignation discussion if no new project is found?

3. Are there currently any extensions being granted for those actively interviewing?

How serious are the independence/investment declarations while joining Big4’s in the U.K.
My parents have a couple of minor investments in the stock market. Do I have to include my parents investments even if they are citizens of another country and invest only within that country?

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
