I joined IBM in June 2025(Band - 7B YOE - 7.10 years) and had been tagged to a project since then. But the project got over and I have been on bench since 16th Feb. I've been searching for projects but looks like my tagging will begin from mid April.

IBM wants to retain me, manager told me told withdrawal the paper. But still didn't get the revised offer/promotion letter? So before withdrawal will not get yhe letter from ibm?

I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also .
