I joined Siemens Healthineers 2 years back and my manager informed me about retention bonus this year and told me that they don't give it to everyone and is also not mentioned under any policy. What is the amount that we get ? My manager told me that I'll receive a formal letter with the detail but denied sharing the amount I'm going to receice. I'm yet to receive the letter but just being curious about it. Can someone tell me what is the amount and also does it vary based on PL level?

I've accepted the salary breakup today from TCS and HR told me they will send salary for approval and once it approve they will send me an offer letter. Generally how many days we get the offer letter and joining date after after acceptence of salary breakup ?

Teaching has taken over so much. I’m a wife and mother and still have a home life, but there is nothing outside of work and home. I have no friends, no other activities, no escape. Covid restrictions do not help. I know it’s not healthy to only focus on everyone else, but I’m not sure what to do about it. I have only sporadic time opportunities and I don’t even know what I enjoy doing anymore. When trying to do other stuff I can’t turn off mom or teacher brain.
