Got an offer from a big bank’s operation department (fund reporting analyst), currently at EY faas and I’m not happy here, should I stick it out here until I get promotion or jump now? Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).
