I joined tech Mahindra on 3rd October,2024.
On day of onboarding I got to know that role being offer d is not aligning with what they offered initially.
I resigned from that company on the same day, my resignation was accepted and my LWD was 15th October,2024. Now after 15 days , I have got a mail for full and final settlement,and that amount is coming in negative.The mail is saying I need to pay tech m for the rest of the remaining notice period and they haven't send the experience letter as well.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors.
