I joined TW 5 months back, and was on beach from that time itself. Today they have asked me to put resignation. I never thought company like TW would do this to a new joiner, why hire when you do not have clients and projects to assign to. They have left a black mark on my resume now. Their reason for laying off me is 90+ days beach and no project upcoming for my tech stack. I hope no one goes through this.
