I joined wellsfargo in November 2024.
At the time of joining HR mentioned that I will get total variable pay irrespective of performance in the first year.

But now as I have received only 50% variable pay (rating IM).

Why does HR give wrong info.

Its not wrong info.. what’s mentioned on offer letter is the max cap. Everything depends on manager. Even I joined in 2024 dec and got 2 IM rating. However my manager told me during the discussion my financial will not have much impact and he gave me 3% hike and 70% variable pay. Its all managers gameplay.

Is this legal?
After being mugged and having my things (including my keys) stolen, I was locked out of my townhome after business hours on a weekend. I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours). After I was let in, property manager informed me the charge was $200. Is there anything I can do here? This is in Minnesota. Help appreciated!!

I saw a great thread online about a Black physician who saved the day when a patient came in for an urgent MRI, but had metal pins in her wig so none of the white nurses or doctors could get it off.
