I just figured out that I am neurodivergent in 2025. I have career gaps due to this horrifyingly bleak job market.

I want to get into data entry and or something else that is solely remote. I am in several forums and consume a lot of information regarding the job industry, resumes, interviewing, and anything adjacent to better my chances. I have custom applied to sixty+ jobs since the middle of January.

Are my desires to work from home too far-fetched considering everyone wants to?

Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. I’m wondering what the work culture is like at Deloitte? I have an offer for them as a technical consultant in SAP Basis administration and it sounds good. However, I’m also happy where I am and the work/life balance is good now. What do people who work there think?

Had a salary discussion with headhunter, who really lowballed me and told that the employer is not going to pay more than X.
The final interview is scheduled for tomorrow should I be expecting any salary negotiation during the final interview or after or is the number that I informally agreed to with a headhunter is set in stone?

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Should I accept the offer or renegotiate?

Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.
Thoughts and feedback on not giving notice or reducing the typical two weeks?
