I just finished my last round of interviews with x company and waiting on the recruiter to get back to me with offer numbers. Do you guys think it’s a bad time to be negotiating esp in this tough market? I’m taking a 54% paycut even at the end of their highest band. I have always negotiated and gotten 15% increase but I’m afraid my offer might get rescinded. How common are offers getting rescinded these days?
