Nope, most hiring managers and people in senior positions see people in age groups. People in their 20s, 30s, or older. So focus on interviewing well for both skills and communication, relaxed and easy to talk with, then you'll land a good position.
To catch up financially you should also make your manager feel like you're always going the extra mile. Also, unless you get promoted every 2 years, it's usually faster for most people to change jobs every few years and land a position 20-30% more Base Salary.
The biggest challenge you are going to have is there aren't many entry level jobs. The jobs that are out there expect you to be operating at a 5 year competency level with little or no coaching/guidance. You are likely going to find that you need to self learn an entirely different skill set than what your CS program covered.

Nobody cares about that in industry, it’s tour skills and work experience that may make things challenging. You can overcome those with creativity
It's not a big age gap, don't worry at all. Just try to get a job and when you succeed, in a couple of years you will see that you didn't have to worry.
You do not have to disclose your age. As far as employers are concerned, you are a new graduate no different than the rest of your class.
The age gap will only be an issue if you make it one. I’ve been in groups where I was obviously the oldest developer and groups where I was obviously the youngest, but most of the time I have had no clue how old the people I’m working with are and they have no clue how old I am and nobody cares as long as you produce quality work and work well with others.
Bottom line: don’t worry about your age. Focus on your skills.
Just do your best to find Junior positions. Your age shouldn’t correlate with the experience you’re supposed or expected to have. But it’s about the skills you have developed overtime, how many years you have with it, and the confidence you possess with that skill.
Not a big gap at all. Also company focuses on when you graduate and should not care or know your age.
