Anyone here has taken the PMP certification ? Is it worth it over MBA and if you're managing projects in Advisory?

Does anyone else suffer with paralysis? Mine is so bad I don’t even know what to do anymore. In example, something as simple as responding to a text with a heart and a “happy thanksgiving to you too” was all I needed to do and I didn’t. Now it’s Sunday and I feel awful responding so late. I’m procrastinating with life errands and feeling the burn. I do the biggest bare minimum at work and I’m pretty sure people are started to notice. Everything is making my anxiety and overthinking worse.

28M. First time solo travel 3 week trip to Spain coming up. Flying Royal Air Maroc from US. They’re allowing 2 check in bags and 1 carry on. However, I want to travel light and am trying to avoid check in bags completely. What carry on backpacks do you recommend to buy that would be enough for 3 week trip but also be allowed as a carry on? Also need to buy packing cubes.

King is the analyst that the smarter managers choose for the team because he is quiet and confident. He gets promoted first. Kornacki cuts ties and goes to Big 4 for a salary increase. I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

Have any one used a resume coach or service for in house job search, particularly for IP and product counsel positions? If so, how did you find a good one? Thanks!

Hi all, I interned at IBM Cloud this past summer and had an overall very positive experience. I’ve received an offer from IBM consulting to come in as an Associate Offering Manager. The offer is 77k base + 10k signing bonus. From my point of view, this is a strong offer, but not quite what I was aiming for.
