I just started a new job and realized no one leaves their desk for lunch. They all just work through it. I feel awkward taking my break alone in the kitchen. Is skipping lunch expected to look like a hard worker, or is this a red flag for burnout? I don't want to look like a slacker, but I can't sit at my desk for 8 hours straight.
