I hated sales my first year. Every day felt like a marathon, but after sticking with it, things really did click. You start building confidence, find your groove with clients, and the pressure turns into excitement. Once you see results and get the hang of the rhythm, what once stressed you becomes genuinely fun. I'd say try and stick it out. In another year, if you still feel the same you'd still not be too far in to get your out and explore something else.
I definitely think it becomes a little bit more second nature. And you get better about knowing what to prioritize and what can be put on the back burner. I wouldn't say it gets easier, but you just get better at managing it.
