It’s real just a mixture of things, take your medication regularly to see how it works for you long term. Talk to your doctor about it regularly to work around different medications to see what works. Exercise is a miracle of a drug to get yourself out of a slump as well.
But to be honest i just smoke some mary Jane and I’m all vibes, but since its a downer and im already on uppers it kinda is a middle ground. Again tho, constant doc visits and working out
