The answer depends on your state. Carryback hours can sometimes be completed and usually with fees paid for noncompliance. First stop is to check your state board’s CPE requirements and any FAQs they have related to your situation.
If you met the annual minimum of 40 hrs ever year then you should be ok
Yeah same for my state SA1, there’s an annual min of 20 but then a total min of 120 for the 3 years
ECRS should be tracking and notifying you on this.

Where do you go to check this? I have a program within my firm but should there be something else I’m looking at?
Typically your state should have its own CPE tracking site/portal where you are uploading your CPE and documentation
