I know someone who absconded from Firstsource. They're trying to get their relieving/ experience letter now. They've been asked to pay for it. But the HR says there will be a negative remark on the letter. Can someone please confirm if the remark actually reflects or it's a general letter that they'll receive?!

I'm already due for promotion in my current organization which gives me 20% hike from July 2022. If I consider this hike. Cognizant offer 20LPA is 38% increase. Should I ask more from Cognizant?
