I know we get year end perf bonus in form of equity and tax for which is deducted in March month payout.
Does this grant vest in March, same year or next year?

If it vests the following year, why is tax being deducted a year in advance. What if somebody chooses to leave the company before vesting time.

Anyone else have associates and above that steal good ideas and make it their own, but when their ideas are bad they pretend it was your idea? I can never win.
