I like the agency I work at. I am also very well liked and I’ve been told many times how valued I am…

But the truth is I have grown a distaste for the client I’m resourced to, I’m bored with the work, and it doesn’t look like there are many (if at all) opportunities to work on other clients unless I pivot from social.

So I find myself regularly looking at other jobs and occasionally applying if I find them interesting enough and align really well with my experience.

I have been working as a data scientist since 2018 & have been the bread winner. I have neither been under a proper mentor nor with a team of peers from my field to help me out. I was alone and confused. I have never really got the chance to prove myself which makes me all the more depressed. I'm not sure what to do with my future, indecisive and low on confidence.

Starting a new job next month, and considering taking two days off for kids’ spring break next month. Not sure whether it’s appropriate to request time off for a new job (I would’ve preferred not to take any time off for first three months). I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that they have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later?
