I make about 75-80k currently, getting a promotion this month to make about 90-95k.

I applied for a job on a team that deals with different companies to launch X product. Long story short they changed my application to be the director of the team now.

I’m 25 with 3-4 years of real experience. My current gig carries some weight for sure, but I indirectly “lead” a team that’s not under me. I work globally meeting with different countries around the clock.

I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. Hi all, was hoping for clarity on offers from FANG/Tier 2 tech I received recently. Base pay is still within range of 130-150K, but equity components have dropped dramatically. For reference, for similar positions, I was receiving grants of 150K - 200K over 4 years for data analyst positions (4-5 YOE) in Aug’21-Feb’22. For personal reasons, I did not accept these offers. Now the equity grants are coming in like 50-70K over 4 years. Is this market wide for non SWE/PM roles due to stock market?
