I moved from LA to the Bay Area and am now trying to adjust to a cooler temp and having to walk everywhere. I used to just wear athleisure, flowy and crop tops, and short shorts, skirts, or jeans and walked <500 ft from my parked car to my destination in my non-commuter heels.

Does anyone have any fashion inspo? I still want to rep my city but be a little more comfortable and warmer! I am short so tops are usually a little too long on me and all my tops are cropped right now.

Is there any issue, if the designation at the time of offer is different than that of relieving? Asking because, I am leaving IBM GBS, have told my designation as Senior software engineer ( offer letter had it) to the other company, but got to know that designation IBM will be writing on relieving letter will be application developer.

I received a mail from IBM to login in Candidate portal with your email id to see the offer letter. When I am trying to login it's giving error as invalid username.

How long after a failed transfer does your stomach and body feel like it’s back to normal? It’s been a little over a week since I got the news that my transfer a few weeks ago didn’t work. But my stomach is still so pooched out and looks pregnant that it makes me cry knowing that’s not the case. Trying to eat clean, tons of long walks, but still feel really bloated and gross.
