I need a sanity check on this offer: $95k base, fully remote Senior Accountant position at a non-profit health system. It’s a modest raise but a massive life upgrade on paper. Does anyone have experience with the accounting culture in massive hospital networks or non-profits? Is it just underfunded public accounting?

I have 3 years experience being an account manager in a large brokerage. I got promoted to be a supervisor to a small team of account managers and started at $77k and have now increased to $83k 6 months later. Does this sound fair based on my 4 years experience in the field or am I underselling myself?

How would one make the switch from internal audit to change management? Trying to get out of IA and work in change management but need some pointers to start.
