I need to hear some advices for what a data analyst fresher should do and have while searching for job it is very difficult for me to applying to 100+ comapnies but still not getting anything in response. I have tried likedin, indeed, naukri, wellfound, glassdoor, refferals, cold emails, HR messaging in LinkedIn , internshala AI interviews, applying on companies career page what more should i do I amd not getting anything . I am all ears to understand how and where to apply to land a job

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Tried researching this for hours but only found info on applying to other agencies.

been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Is it common to negotiate software engineer salary at smaller companies? I know it’s common at FAANG, but what about for companies with around 200 engineers?
