I need to vent because I’m so annoyed with myself. I have been on a journey to become an employee of Amazon Care. I have been connecting with recruiters, sending out messages and literally trying to manifest this through meditation, action and hope. So I wrote a big wig from Amazon Care - I used a template and tweaked it to my personal style. Why did I forget to edit the name from the template! I spent 20 minutes rearranging and editing the message and STILL FORGOT TO CHECK THE NAME!

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?
