Honestly at some point you just have to ignore the parents. If you’re making decent money, can support yourself, then nobody has a right to say anything negative.
I think we all deal with this sometimes. But also, my "more successful" brothers and sister are dealing with layoffs, AI taking over their industries, cutbacks, and a bunch of other uncertainty, all while being overloaded with student debt that I don't have. So I think it all depends on how you define success. I would rather have a simple life and be debt-free than be stressed out all the time and work 60+ hours to pay off an education that isn't really helping me right now.
You definitely aren’t alone. I work in luxury retail too, and they still don’t think it is good enough. I stopped explaining myself because they don’t pay my bills—I do.

Your life, your career, your choice. Your parents don’t get to dictate what’s right for your life. As long as you can support yourself comfortably and what you’re doing is legal, what’s the issue? And you actually enjoy it and can have a normal/social life? That in itself is rare these days

I hear you. It’s tough when people don’t see the value in work that keeps you happy and stable. Focusing on what your job actually gives you skills, friends, stability helps drown out the judgment. At the end of the day, your life doesn’t need their approval to be successful.
