Customer behavior has changed since Covid IMO. I struggle with this on a daily basis and am convinced that customers are not listening AT ALL. Of course, there are always exceptions, but the majority seem to be this way. Glad I'm not the only one seeing it.
I'm always going to go above and beyond for nice people. But a lot of people come in with a bad attitude or blame me for their problems. And I don't play that game.
