Oh my gosh, that's so funny. When I still worked in retail, I had a lady call up and ask me how to turn on her TV. I asked if she bought the TV at our store so I could look up the make and model, and she told me no. I asked her if she could look for the make and model so I could get the user guide, and she asked me why I was too stupid to figure out how to turn on her TV without asking her a bunch of questions. People are so wild!
People want tech support and mind reading these days 😂 You handled it better than most would!
😂 bless his heart. I honestly think he was probably safer not knowing that lawnmowers run on gasoline. I had one of these customers at my old store. They brought in a wireless security camera that refused to turn on and wanted a refund. And they were right, it 100% didn't turn on, as battery-powered devices that don't have batteries in them are wont to do 😂😂😂. She was so embarrassed.
Working at a sub shop and old lunatic marches up to the counter saying he was there for his free waffles.
