Has anyone switched labs for better lab quality/embryologist experience? Wondering if there is a significant difference between labs. We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. 1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
