Coming from digital consulting after 1.5 years what would be the best role to apply for?

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr. I have a job offer from Meta and awaiting my H1B transfer approval notice. I have never received an H1B visa stamp before.
