Regarding info to provide, better to provide actual data, since they may later ask for Epfo screenshot too. Since you have all the documents, specially experience letter, so you have got nothing to worry. I don’t think anybody would care why you hid it in resume (they may not even compare with resume now). If someone asks, there is a very logical explanation too- it is too short to merit a mention in resume. You write in resume, what you want to showcase as your career, you don’t want to fill it with insignificant short-time detail.

First thing they would ask why you are switching within a week.. that is the biggest red flag for them... it won't be a problem to your career as none of your pf accounts are overlapping.
To be honest, yes, it will be a problem if you don't say now. Never hide anything in this digital world. You should have already discussed this with the HR before releasing your offer, which could also give you a good negotiation. If they back out the offer still you have a job to survive.
