For people who have profit sharing what have your experiences been? Ours is every March but it is a variable number based on how we do the prior year (duh obviously) but also only my boss gets to decide and he gives no criteria on why he chooses what he does. Don’t get me wrong I am super thankful to be in a location with great PS opportunity and upside but it is so hard to plan my life out not knowing what my income will be that year. Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. Any idea on how to contact Capgemini HR for your offer ? I cleared the technical round, had sent them my documents and completed AMCAT test 2 days back. When I was following up on the status the HR with whom I had my salary discussion asked me to contact 2 other HRs. I only have their mail IDs . Now I am clueless about how to proceed . Can anyone help me on this ? Also , is AmCAT an elimination test??? Please guide me through
