I received a Coforge offer letter and have been waiting nearly 4 months for onboarding. I still get updates, but timelines keep changing. Recently, I was informed that a trainer has been assigned and that I would receive a trainer email, but it has still not arrived.

The emails appear to be from the company domain and pass authentication checks, so I'm unsure whether this type of delay is normal.

Has anyone faced a similar situation
? Any guidance on how to verify the status of my onboarding.

I’m up for a promotion (title but not salary bc of COVID) - when salary increases are a thing, how much should I negotiate for? Like percentage wise, with the fact that I’m about 7-10K underpaid compared to other people with the current title?

Has anybody stopped paying Canadian CPA dues and let their membership lapse? I'm working in the US and I recently got my US CPA. I can't think of any good reason to keep paying these high annual dues, from what I can tell I'm not getting anything from being a Canadian CPA. Any advice?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice
