Am I correct in my understanding that:

Over a certain income ($76k as of 2021), a single person CANNOT make tax-free contributions to a traditional IRA if you have a workplace retirement plan?

In my example, I have a work 401k, and my adjusted gross income is over (or just about hovering) at the 76k limit. This means I can't make pre-tax contributions to a traditional IRA, so I should just go for a Roth?

I’m 26 and have ~40k sitting in my savings account. Annual income 140k. Maxing out 401k. No debt. Planning to invest 25k but don’t know where to start. Should I get a wealth manager? What is the best way to approach this?

I am pretty conservative w what I invest in (pretty much all vanguard ETFs). If I wanted to take like $5-10k that I have in cash and buy stock(s), what would you recommend?
