I received an offer on September 25th for a salary of 22.5 LPA. My current CTC is 17.3 LPA, and I have 8 years of total experience as a Fullstack React Developer. The offered position is C3A.

I am evaluating whether this presents a favorable opportunity for acceptance. Furthermore, I would like to ascertain if a counter-offer would be taken into consideration.
Is the offered CTC competitive for a position at TCS?

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.
