I recently attended an interview with KPMG and cleared the technical rounds. I was promised 11.5 lpa fixed and now after clearing technical rounds they say 11 lpa fixed. Hi Friends, need an urgent advice. Last week was my joining with PwC. Just before 3 days, I received another offer and asked Pwc to match it. PwC HR committed to raise initial offer by some amount, but less than the other offer. I agreed to join with revised offer. A day later, Pwc HR calls up and said, I’m not getting approval for the said amount due to parity in team. I told her initially that it’s my dream to join big4. My DOJ is being delayed. What should I do now? I still have other offer.
