I recently accepted offer letter from Cognizant,but I got a better offer now and I'm thinking of joining the new company. I have completed bgv verification and pre joining documents at cognizant. Is it fine if I just drop a mail to the HR saying I'm not joining. My joining date is 20th March.

I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me.
