Just leave it? They'll break down on their own. If you're really worried, you can start a composting trench where you put the twigs and sticks, but I wouldn't make it a daily cleanup.
This is normal for many varieties of trees as the lower branches no longer get enough sunlight to survive. Twigs will decompose and help the soil. The bigger branches can be used as kindling (if you have a wood burning fireplace) or can be shredded for mulch.
Do your best not to send to a landfill as that is a waste of good soil nutrients.
Some municipalities have a recycling center that takes branches and leaves as long as you take them there. Check your local government website or call them.
Check with your local commercial mulch providers. They usually take it for free.
In my area, there are specific times during the year when the town picks up twigs and leaves. They publish or notify you of the scheduled pick up days. They are usually seasonal, a few weekends in the spring and fall. Other times of the year, you can bag them and bring to your recycling center. Or, if you hire a lawn service, they might be able to keep it clean. If they are small twigs and leaves, your mower can also chop these up. Either chop and bag or chop and just mow, depending on the volume. Always pick up the bigger branches and twigs or they'll dull your blades and gear.
In my community, branches have to be in lawn & leaf bags and they only take them on special collection days in the fall

Shedding leaves is normal, and your best bet with them is to just leave them in place so they can add organic matter to the soil and return some nutrients to the tree. That's what happens in a forest! Or you can collect them up and compost them yourself.
Dropping twigs and branches continuously is a bit less normal, at least with the trees I'm familiar with. Might be worth bringing in an arborist to take a look at your trees and confirm they're in good health. They can also advise you how to take care of them long-term and may have suggestions on how to manage the shedding.
I have a yard waste bin that the trash company picks up every week. It’s the same at my parents house and my son’s house which are each in different states.
If you want to make your own compost with the twigs and small branches, I'd suggest getting a small electric wood chipper. I got one for about a hundred bucks a few years ago and it has been a great investment. It's great for branches, so what I prune, and also what drops naturally, gets run through it. I use most of it to make compost, mix that with kitchen waste and lawn clippings and keep it aerated and it turns into great stuff.

I've read that some people use these to fill their planters
Or local green recycling facilities
You could start a small mulch company
Haha love this
