Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Quick update: I got the role!!! I’m moving to San Francisco 🙌🏻
Congratulations!!!
I don’t really let myself be guided by how I felt during an interview. I’ve had lots of interviews where I thought I did awesome and vibed well, and was a perfect match, only to be ghosted. Inversely, I’ve had interviews that I thought went terrible or where I thought I said something stupid and somehow got the job…
It’s all a crap shoot and dependent on so many other factors besides your qualifications and performance during the interview.
But as far as your question, if it’s been two weeks, I’d ask the recruiter if they have any news.
Been there. I feel like they will either reach out or pass. It's never my place to 'remind' an agency that I'm still here. But hey, that's just me. Hope you get the gig!

It’s been almost two weeks since my last interview, and I haven’t heard back. I know they’re meeting with other candidates, and I want to respect their process and not seem pushy, but how long should I wait before following up about the next steps?
2 weeks
Let's hope you hear by the end of this week. Things can take a while, but if you haven't heard back after two weeks have passed it won't be looking good. It's hard to read situations sometimes, some places are just friendly to candidates, but they may be friendly to everyone and of course not everyone will advance. Anyway, hoping they call you back in.
Congrats!🎉
So I take it this is not a good place to find a job
What about the process that made it the best?

I loved their people-first approach, starting with the owner, and how laid back they are in their work. For them, awards are simply a byproduct of creating great work and enjoying what they do.
This isn’t necessarily about the interview process, but what I could perceive in each call.
You have already waited longer than I would have haha. I always reach out after a week if I haven't heard back and then if I still don't hear back I will wait one more week and then follow up again. I don't think it seems pushy at all to reach out after two weeks.
