I recently interviewed with Genpact for an FP&A role and successfully cleared the initial rounds. After submitting documents and discussing compensation, I was later informed that the process was still pending and eventually received a rejection without clear communication. While I respect their decision, the experience highlighted the importance of transparent and timely updates in the hiring process. I hope organizations continue improving candidate communication for a better experience.

Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb). I have all the data to do this, but wanted your thoughts. Would the output of this be relevant to you?

Currently accepted an internship at a firm for the winter and also just accepted a separate internship over the summer with a B4 firm. Should I inform the other firm that I already accepted a later internship with a B4 firm or keep it to myself until the internship is over? They are totally different positions and I wanted to have some experience with both but worry they will take it wrong.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.
