I recently joined Wipro before 2 months with good package but the work is too hectic daily had to extend shift every day till 2 am and whole project depends on me for development so can't skip task.Now, I have received an offer from Amgen they are matching the same package.

Please suggest how work culture is in amgen and is it good idea to switch wipro in 2 months and can we revoke resignation 1 or 2 days before last day.

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .
