I have 10+ years of experience in technical support (Windows, Microsoft 365, remote troubleshooting) and I focus on helping users solve problems quickly and clearly.
I also have Cerebral Palsy.
Honest question: would you still consider a candidate like me based on skills and experience first, or does a disability change that decision before interview?

Why’s it so hard for agencies to be transparent with their own employees?

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Anyone that interviewed or gotten a job with Meta how did it take from the onsite to get your decision?
