I recently went to an award dinner for someone very deserving and has had a very successful career and will be retiring soon. It seems like they've been able to do a lot of good and useful things during their time and I'm happy for them. It got me thinking about my career and some things I think I have overvalued and undervalued. What about you... when you're close to retirement what do you want to look back on and be proud of?

I got offer from cognizant for skills appium(mobile testing), selenium. My yoe is 2.8 yrs. Designation is PA. DOJ is 29th dec. So are they projects in cognizant for testing or they will keep on bench. And projects are more of manual or automation testing
