I resigned from Google after three years, with no concrete plans. The dream of being here postgrad faded in the first 3 months. Crazy enough the most growth I have received was how to lie to clients for my own metrics, but the turning point was for leadership to start removing DEI after it was supposedly was our backbone value.

Looking for any advice (negative or positive) on next steps for anyone in similar situations.

Hi, do you know of any opening as a production manager making at least 120K? The environment where I'm currently working is getting more toxic than ever and they are expecting me to fill all the openings with the minimum wage. I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these?
