I saw in another forum a post from a software engineer lacking confidence from shorter stints on his resume (ranging from 2.5 months to 6 months to a year) due to various layoffs. Sure, at times layoff decisions are a math equation but there are micro decisions that get you on the right and wrong side of that calculation. How common are credit checks for roles in accounting or finance positions? Will high utilization on credit card balances and low credit score be a deal breaker? My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

I am in dilemma about the option that is most suitable for me as my wife would have to quit her current job and relocate and then find another job. Is it a profitable deal to relocate to Austria?
