I speak to my friends from time to time about workplace pay etc and one thing I always pick up on is just how many people get yearly bonuses, whereas I've never worked for a company which gives them out! How unfair! Is there any way to know whether a company hands out yearly bonuses before taking the job there?

I’m currently an associate (no kids) in a very busy corp group (think 50-60 billable weekly). My wife works significantly less (currently part time, 10-15, but hopefully will be full time soon). My passion is Real Estate and Interior Design, love Managerial Accounting, I can sit for hours analyzing data, I also have a degree in Supply Chain Management.

My passion cannot feed my family but I've been burned out so much after years in Tax. 😞
