She is upset that she hired me because I’m not senior level even though the job wasn’t for a senior PM . Almost all the postings require actual certification or build experience. I am thinking that I may have to go back to school. My options are either go for masters or go for another bachelors in IT/computer science. What could be my other options? Thank you.

I have an MSN with a focus in informatics. Recently got my board certification. 3.5 years experience as a nurse. 8 years total in healthcare. Becoming very frustrated with my organization and the slowness of our analysts in getting anything resolved. Feeling like I’m at a dead end and thinking about switching routes entirely. Just wanting others to share salary and location and maybe give me a little hope that you have a better team where you’re at that actually get things accomplished.
