Becoming very frustrated with my organization and the slowness of our analysts in getting anything resolved. Feeling like I’m at a dead end and thinking about switching routes entirely. Just want to get some advice….I’ve been with my company for 6 years. Our company split into two divisions and brought on a senior manager and a director. Both are not at all knowledgeable with what our department does. In the last two years they have been here…our scores from our teams surveys have dropped over 50% YOY.
